While being on-site the day of your event to coordinate things and provide those finishing touches is an important part of this package it is so much more than that. I will meet with you in advance to go over your details to ensure everything has been covered. I can provide you with helpful hints and vendor referrals for those last-minute or overlooked items. I will also contact all your vendors to double-check delivery and set-up times, start times, equipment needs etc.
